FAQ's & Policies
Q: Are workshop tickets refundable?
A: Workshop tickets are non-refundable.
Q: How many participants are allowed in the workshop?
A: Our candle-making workshops are limited to 15 participants to ensure a personalised workshop experience.
Q: Is the workshop accessible for individuals with disabilities?
A: We aim to accommodate all individuals and welcome all participants to our workshops. For any inquiries or specific requirements, please email hello@laurafisher.co.uk prior to the workshop.
Q: Is there onsite parking?
A: Yes, we have plenty of FREE onsite parking, Scrapps Hill Farm, 550 Worting Road, Basingstoke, RG23 8PU
Attendance & Requirements:Our workshops are available exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is recommended that participants arrive at the workshop location 5 minutes prior to the start time to allow sufficient time for preparation and relaxation.
If a participant is more than 10 minutes late, the workshop will commence and will be considered redeemed. We are unable to welcome guests after 10 minuites into the session due to the interuption to group and host.
Due to the nature of fragrance oils and hazardious equiptment, babies, children, and anyone under the age of 18 are not permitted in the fragrance lab, even if they are not participating in the workshop.
Payment and Booking:All workshop bookings must be paid in full prior to the start of the workshop to secure the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:In the event of a cancellation, notice must be provided to us no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled workshop date in order to reschedule the booking. If notice is not given within 10 days or if the participant fails to attend the workshop, the full workshop fee will be charged.A change in the workshop date may be requested with notice given no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled workshop date.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate change requests, we cannot be guaranteed due to the limited availability of our small studio. In the event that a change cannot be accommodated, the original workshop date will be honoured and follow our standard cancellation policy as detailed above. You are welcome to pass on tickets if you are unable to attend. Any changes of names to the bookings are kindly requested to hello@laurafisher.co.uk
If last-minute attendance is not possible, please email us athello@laurafisher.co.uk. Any decision to offer an alternative arrangement will be at our discretion.
Private Workshops:Private workshops are available for special events and celebrations. To request a private workshop, please contact us athello@laurafisher.co.uk. Private workshop bookings start at a minimum of 10 attendees / paid spaces.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are redeemable for any of our workshop experiences that are ran directly by us. They are redeemable for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.Vouchers are available in a digital or physical format. Please make sure to order the correct voucher type at checkout.Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Virgin Experience Gift Vouchers: To redeem your Virgin Experience gift voucher please follow the steps here. By submitting your Virgin Experience Voucher codes to us, you acknowledge and agree that your voucher will beredeemed and exchangedfor a direct voucher code withLaura Fisher Ltd. From this point, your original Virgin Experience Vouchercannot be exchanged, extended, or reverted back, and your new voucher code will be valid for 6 months from the date of submitting this information to us. Your workshop booking will then be managed by you on our site.
Dietary Requirements: At Laura Fisher Ltd, we strive to accommodate dietary requirements for our catered workshops and events. However, to ensure we can make the necessary arrangements, we require all dietary requests to be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.
If we are not informed at least 7 days in advance, we will not be able to cater for specific dietary needs.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued if we are unable to provide suitable catering due to late notice.
