You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to make a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. If the product is not returned in a saleable condition or if it is damaged, we reserve the right to deny a refund. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but you can place a new order on our website if desired.
Personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund nor exchange.
If the item you have received is faulty due to a manufacture error, you may be eligible for a refund if you let us know in a 14-day window.
If you purchased the item from a stockist, all returns must be made through them.
If you received the item as a gift, you would need to obtain the order reference number and delivery postcode or email address from the gift giver. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. However, if our gift return instructions are followed, we can provide an e-voucher to the gift recipient for the price paid.
